Daft Punk Watercolour

Awesome! Very creative with resources.

When I think of Daft Punk, though, I don't think of elegant blue/lavender tones. Daft Punk is associated with futuristic themes such as robots and lasers. That doesn't resonate from this art.

Well put together though. I like the black and white one because it's catching more of Daft Punks edgy side (which isn't a huge side of his but you know). I love the attention to detail you put into this as well.

I don't understand what's happening on the right of him. He's doing a weird hand gesture that is confusing to me.

The way his head is tilted down gives this piece a really nice badass touch that it needs.

To get it closer to a daft punk theme I think instead of a paper texture I'd try and use an aluminum texture with a bit more of the aluminum-ness more obvious with little tears in it and such.

Overall this piece is really creative and looks badass, but it doesn't sit right with me and what comes to mind when I think of Daft Punk. The bottom half does justice though and you sir deserve a cookie.
